Trail Overview

Trail 9- A trail of the Rock Run Recreation Area. Trail 9 is an original trail to the park. It should be able to be traversed by anyone on a motorcycle, ATV, or SxS with some skill. Just under a half mile in length, this trail is part of the larger network at the park. This trail is dirt, rocks, and areas of grass. You may encounter some washouts and minor rutting along with standing water. This trail is relatively flat over its length, crossing over and intersecting with several other trails. It is mostly one vehicle wide with areas to pass. This trail is open to bikes, ATVs, and SxSs. The trail travels mostly through the open meadows and offers nice views of the surrounding area, along with areas to pick berries in season. This is a two-way trail and offers a different experience riding it in both directions. Trail driven and documented in June 2025.

Difficulty

This is an easier dirt trail with some uneven and rutted sections. You will encounter some standing water in locations, loose rocks and obstacles under 12 inches. This trail is one vehicle wide with locations to pass.
