Trail Overview
Colorado River Overlook
As the name suggests, this trail will lead you to an amazing view of the Colorado River in the canyon far below. It's easily accessible, and is popular with hikers. If water is flowing in Salt Creek, stretch your legs with a short hike to Lower Jump to check out a beautiful waterfall. ATVs and UTVs are not allowed.
Getting There
From Moab, drive south on Highway 191 about 40 miles and turn right on Highway 211. Continue west 34.3 miles to entry station of Canyonlands National Park. Pay fee and continue another 0.3 mile to visitor center on right. Start of trail is at back of parking lot.
