This is a quick, fun trail into Jacoby Canyon and meanders north. There is camping next to cool boulder outcroppings towards the last portion of the trail. Street-legal vehicles only.
From the northeast side of Big Bear, after the crossover point of Highways 38 and 18, follow Highway 18 east along the north side of Baldwin Lake (mostly dry). Continue 3.7 miles and turn left on paved Holcomb Valley Road near mile marker 58. Go north about a mile and turn left on Forest Road 3N16 just before entrance to Big Bear Landfill Substation. Follow 3N16 north, then west about 0.8 miles to start of 3N61 on right.
