Unit 051 regulates hunting opportunities for wildlife in Nevada and covers 2,697 square miles. Public lands comprise 1,991 square miles (74%) of the total land covered by this hunt unit. The greater region is best serviced by Golconda. The elevation of the region ranges from a low of 4,200 feet to a high of 9,600 feet above sea level.
