Reversed Peak Loop Trail

Leaving the small dirt road parking lot, the trail quickly ascends through a narrow canyon before leveling out on a plateau. Reversed Peak Summit Trail is on your right at 0.6 miles. Continue straight towards the small lake in the distance. After passing the lake, the trail enters more forested terrain, looping south and then east. At 1.8 miles, the trail starts its steep and exposed descent, switchbacking once before following an old mining road back to the parking lot.
