Description
This road is probably best for combining different trails rather than being thought of as a destination. Most of it is on private property, so be respectful. The fire road begins at Yards Creek Road which circles the Upper Yards Creek Reservoir. You'll pass a small pond right away. The road gently heads downhill fairly consistently its whole length. At about 0.75 miles, you'll cross the Turquoise Trail shortly before nearing Sunfish Pond. The road doesn't come close enough to the pond to offer great views, unfortunately.
