The trail starts at the top of Paradise Ridge and heads west towards Paradise Peak. Occasional gaps in the trees reveal great views across the canyon and into John Krebs Wilderness. Views north into Sequoia National Park await you at 1.5 miles. The last stretch to the peak is somewhat anticlimactic, but more views are the reward.
