Point to Point
Harkins Ridge Trail packs in 1,500 feet of climbing in just around 3 miles with an average incline of 10%. It is needless to say that this is evil. The road also has a lot of sun exposure which can make hiking it at midday rather unpleasant. It can be used to connect to the Whittemore Gulch Trail or the Purisma Creek Trail for a longer loop hike.
