Description
Half of this trail is paved and the other is gravel, which can get a bit wet at times. The trail crosses a few small bridges, which can get slippery after precipitation. After you leave Savage Park and reach Vollmerhausen Road, follow the crosswalk left and cross to get to the other half. The portion after Vollmerhausen Road to Green Moon Path is not paved. The trail generally follows the Little Patuxent River and connects Savage Park to the large trail system at Lake Elkhorn.
