Description
Hiking up to the ridge is hard work! But the reward is beyond words. You have to see it to believe it. It is a steep trail that starts off one just as steep, the Coastal Trail. Descending down the gravel can be slippery and loose, and not for the faint of heart. Some of the most famous photos of the Golden Gate are taken from this ridge. Be sure to bring your camera!
