Capilano Pacific Trail (South)

Starting from Ambleside, the trail begins behind the Park Royal Mall. It follows the river for about 500m, passing under bridges and behind buildings. The trail then climbs a flight of stairs and a reasonably steep hill. At the top of the hill, turn right and follow the road to the highway underpass. From here the trail follows a gravel road for about 1.5km before entering the Capilano Trail network just north of the service entrance to the Capilano Suspension Bridge.
