Please stay off of trails when wet. If the trail is muddy or slick, PLEASE come back another day. Land managers have asked ALL USERS to stay off trails when wet. Generally do not use trails with 24hrs of rain and do not use trails if above freezing after hard freeze (freeze/thaw cycle).
Parking is available at the trailhead on Hawkins Rd. This trail was built with support from AACo, MORE, TrailWerks Cyclery, and Family Bike Shop. Major donors include Specialized Bicycle Company, Quality Bicycle Products, Family Bike Shop, TrailWerks Cyclery, SC Logic, and Family Vet Clinic.
Parking is limited at the entrance of the trailhead. This trail is popular for mountain bikers to use but hikers who are looking for a short hike will also enjoy it.
