Description
From the back of the RV park at Glorieta, Ghost Town begins with a casual climb up the drainage. Plenty of shade, a mellow grade, and beautiful mountain scenery make this a pleasant trail to climb... for now. A few miles up, you'll come to a meadow containing the ruins of old wooden structures, "Ghost Town." Not long after passing this meadow, you'll come to the first very steep section of trail. Very steep and challenging pitches are broken up by a few flattish sections, but it's mostly just steep until you reach the junction with the Glorieta Baldy Road (375).
