Point to Point
Minneopa Trail is frequented by hikers, walkers, runners, and bicycles and provides a connection through Minneopa State Park to the Red Jacket and South Route Trails. This trail also passes by the Williams Nature Center, which has a few short trails.
In order to connect with the South Route Trail from Minneopa Trail, you'll need to follow County Road 120 briefly to Gadwall Road. Gadwall Road will take you to the entrance of Minneopa State Park and from there you can hook up with the South Route Trail out of the park.
Should you choose to take this trail into Minneopa Park, a nice pit stop would be to take in the falls. There is also a picnic shelter and restrooms at Minneopa State Park.
