Description
From the trailhead, go a short distance bearing left at the first intersection. Continue on switchbacks up through granite rock outcroppings with views into the Boise valley. The trail then meanders through low brush until it comes out on the east slope of the mountain. This portion of the trail is exposed with travel through scree. Loop around Mores Mountain with great views to the west. The trail then wanders through ponderosa pine forest and loops back out into sagebrush flat to complete the hike.
