Squirrel Creek to Eye of Heaven Arch

The first 2 1/2 miles are on a ATV trail used by ATVs, hikers and horses. You are initially on Short Creek and then a left at the base of The Beehive in to Squirrel Creek. The ATV trail continues for a portion and then the trail narrows to foot and horse traffic only. When you reach the top of the ridge , T intersection, you hit a ATV trail again. Turn left (west) and follow the ATV trail up across the slickrock to the saddle. Turn left (South) and follow the ATV Trail to the Arch. There is a lot of soft sand on this hike.
