Maple Trail

This is one of the more popular trails in the park, and can get busy during peak times. It's most common to enter from Saltzman Road. From there, you can head north towards NW Leif Erikson Drive Trail, which yields a gradual climb through the maple canopy, with good loop options. If you head south towards Wildwood Trail - National Scenic Trail, you'll have a steeper, but still moderate, ascent.
