Description
The hike begins on the "Narrows" section of the Cape Henry Trail near the boat ramp. Hike 1.1 miles to a small parking lot off Lake Susan Constant. Make a left onto the road to cross over to the Long Creek Trail 0.2 miles on the right. 0.16 miles from the trailhead turn right and then a left to stay on Long Creek. Follow Long Creek until reaching the Osprey Trail, turning left. Osprey Trail starts the return trip home. Osprey will connect back to the 64th Street. Turn left on the road and then right at the parking lot to return on the "Narrows" back to parking lot near the boat ramp.
History & Background
The park is named for the colonist that first landed in 1607.
