Description
A short, steep ascent from Highway 410 to a small lake hidden in the hills. The lake used to be accessible via a dirt road (Mud Lake Road) but it has been closed for some time. The only way to access the lake now is via this trail. A very small outlet comes out of the lake and runs down into the Naches River. This is what waters the green trees and vegetation to the right of the trail on your hike up. Lots of signs of elk and other animals in the area. Once to the lake, you'll find a loop trail that circles the lake.
