The trail begins from Trails End Campground, where parking and bathroom facilities are available.
It's an early and unmarked turnoff from Pole Creek Trail onto Sacred Rim Trail, which can be easy to miss, so keep an eye on the map. The trail is well-shaded through the woods of the Bridger Wilderness. The views from Sacred Rim Overlook are absolutely incredible.
