Description
Begin at the north end of the Swift Creek Trail parking lot. Work your way along the Swift Creek Trail for a little over a mile to a fork. Go left for the Granite Lake Trail and cross Swift Creek over a bridge. About a quarter mile beyond the bridge, you'll approach Granite Creek. Climb through forests and flower-packed meadows.Finally, hike up some switchbacks to reach Granite Lake.
