Drivers Road Loop

This trail acts as something of a backbone for the Drivers Road trail network, connecting multiple trails and allowing for a variety of options when hiking this area. This wide path crosses some gentle slopes as it follows the edge of an open grassy field, passing through brief sections of forest before opening out into another field. This trail, especially when done in connection with the Woodstock Driver Thru Trail, makes for a much easier alternative to the Wood Marr Trail. While hikers should beware of ticks in the tall grass surrounding this trail, it is a relaxing break from the the frequent obstacles found on most Patapsco trails.
