Follow Melbourne until Kenwood, passing the high school along the way. Take a left on Kenwood, right on Galloway Drive, then a left onto Jamestown Drive. Jamestown Drive ends with a cul de sac. You'll arrive at Greenbrier Park after crossing Meadow Creek, then turn left to return to the trail. Cross Meadow Creek on a rock hop on the left after crossing Brandywine Drive.
