Blue Canyon Trail 26W12 is a 10.4-mile out-and-back trail that runs the length of Blue Canyon. This trail runs along the Santa Ynez Fault in Los Padres National Forest. In Blue Canyon, you will find colorful geology along with unique rock outcroppings. There are flowing streams, open valleys, peaceful meadows, and backcountry/primitive campsites. The terrain is relatively flat with an overall elevation gain of about 952 feet. Blue Canyon Trail 26W12 is open to runners, hikers, and backpackers.
