Description
Begin at the trailhead on C Avenue. The trail is paved for a bit as it descends toward the beach, then becomes sandy. At the beach, turn left to the Devils Punchbowl, a sea cave with a collapsed roof (enter the old cave through a sea arch). Inside and outside are tidepools; there is also a sea cave tunnel to explore nearby. If you turn right at the end of the trail to the beach, you can see a small waterfall.Note! The beach and Punchbowl are only accessible at low tide. At high tide, the beach is covered with water and accessing it or the Punchbowl is deadly. The Punchbowl may not be accessible at low tide during storms.
