Description
Be ready for a steady climb from the trail's start at the intersection with Waddell Basin Trail. It starts under cover of trees for about two miles then enters a newish clear cut for about 3/4 mile. At the top of the clear cut and road crossing, turn around for a nice easterly view down the Waddell Creek valley. The trail finishes off in the trees again, ending at its intersection with the C4000 road.
