Description
If you've gone as far as Eddie's Flat via the Eddie's Flat Trail, then you might as well continue on up to Eddie's Peak. Look for the trail in the south-east corner of the flat. Follow it to the peak, which is along the north ridge of Bair Canyon. Sadly, there is no clear trail, if any, from Eddie's Peak going along the ridge and up to the Great Wester Trail, although I wouldn't be surprised if you picked up a faint trail along the way. The satellite imagery clearly indicates a trail, but you'll have to bush-whack from Eddie's Peak to find it. Note that also from the flat, there is another trail (hard to follow) heading north toward Holmes Creek. It doesn't go as far as the creek, as far as I'm aware, but it does reach an old campsite.
