Description
The trailhead starts at the Rose Valley Campground. The trail crosses Rose Creek a couple of times and continues up the canyon. There are several short paths that lead off the main trail down to the creek and some nice pools and cascades. The trail ends at the base of lower (100 foot) Rose Valley Falls. The water runs over arkosic sandstone, which can be soft and easily eroded. Do not climb the steep sections around the falls.
