Description
The trail starts at a sign for the Denver Pacific Railroad. It is relatively flat with a soft gravel bed. There are a few spots where you need to hike through some boulders. The first mile of the trail is through the forest, but after a mile the north side of the trail opens up and you have great views of the valley.
