Flume Trail

The trail splits about 100 yards from the parking lot. Stay right to continue alongside Indian Creek which you eventually cross at half a mile. At the junction with Indian Creek Nature Loop Trail, stay right. The trail is mostly level for the next miles, passing Red Barn on your left at 1.2 miles. As the ascent gets steeper, views into the Klamath Mountains open up. For a shorter loop with the Pacific Crest Trail, use the shortcut at 1.3 miles. The trail continues up the hillside with increasingly better views and eventually rejoins the Pacific Crest Trail at 3 miles.
