Description
Access !Long's Canyon Trail via gravel road, turning at the bridge off Highway 12 past Cokedale, or by driving into the State Park past the South Shore campground. An easy ride on a mountain bike or a slight challenge on a gravel bike, these doubletrack trails are rocky and occasionally rutted out from flooding. Nice views of the lake and Fisher's Peak as you curve above the shoreline. Long's Canyon at the southwest end is secluded and beautiful -- keep your eyes peeled for deer and bear, or pack your fishing rod. Don't miss the KT Boundary line!
