Point to Point
This trail is possibly the most fun trail in Staunton State Park. From the 4-way intersection, continue up a steep set of switchbacks and climb for a total of 1.2 miles. This section runs past the base of cool rock features and is some of the more technical trail in the park. At the top of the climb, there is a small side-trail that leads to Staunton Rock Overlook which offers good views of the main park. From the overlook, the trail continues downhill until it terminates at the intersection with Old Mill Trail and Mason Creek Trail. Before this intersection the flora becomes more lush, and you'll cross a few small creeks and pass an old, partially standing mill.
