I left from the parking lot at the barn parking lot at coordinates 39.622772, -105.360191 (the address on the park website will not take you here). Take the Bluebird Meadow Trail, which is a raised meadow trail, nice and smooth, and turned left onto Homestead Trail / Bearberry Trail. Then stay right onto Bearberry Trail up into the woods. I continued to head uphill and past where Mountain Muhly Trail intersects back with Bearberry Trail. Next, turn left onto Sister's Trail, which is a technical switchback leading up in between the Three Sisters themselves! Watch your footing and pause to look up at the sisters. When you reach the top, you're right in between the Middle Sister to the right and the North Sister to the left. When you reach the bottom of the switchbacks, head left onto Hidden Fawn Trail, where it became nice and easy again. There's some really nice outcroppings and boulders in this area that are very picturesque and there is also some available climbing. Stay straight onto Ponderosa Trail as you pass the main parking lot on the left. Heading west, this trail stays near the road and is a little harder than some of the previous areas, so watch your footing. Stay left onto the Silver Fox Trail and head left back to the barn, and there's a trail headed back that way to complete the loop.
The Three Sisters are three large rocks that from a distance look like three sisters standing together.
