Description
The Turk Branch Trail is actually an old road that connects from the AT to the south branch of Moormans River. At its southeastern terminus, it joins the SF Moormans River Road, a fire road that descends from Jarman Gap. It is a steady, although gradual descent the entire way with a few curves thrown in to keep things interesting. Thanks to Larry W. Brown, for sharing this trail description.
