The Post Canyon Recreation Area is a multi-use trail network formed of Hood River County property and a patchwork of State Park, USDA Forest Service, and private land. The area is also an ongoing tree farm operation, so be aware of potential closures. Expect traffic in both directions and yield appropriately.

Hybrid is another long ATV trail running along the ridge from Riordan Hill Road all the way to the Post Flats Staging Area. The trail is largely comprised of narrow singletrack with shallow berms. Hybrid Trail is used both as a descending and ascending route so be aware, especially on the more exposed areas.
