Description
Beginning near the amphitheater, this trail climbs steadily to the crest of the ridge and over to the promontory overlooking the town of Berea to the west. Below the ridge crest, Indian Fort intersects Sacred Shadow Trail and East Pinnacle Trail. On the ridge, it intersects the Main Dome and Lookout Trails. The trail begins wide and stays that way to its upper end. The views on top of the Pinnacles is amazing and worth the slog up this main trail alone. Make sure this isn't the only trail you hike while you're at the Pinnacles, however.
