The trail heads north from the visitor center parking lot and parallels the east rim of Dead Horse Point. Stunning views are abundant along the entire length of the trail. You can see the Potash evaporation ponds, get a glimpse of the Colorado River, and marvel at the La Sal Mountains. The trail ends at the Colorado River Overlook and joins one of the many mountain bike trails.
