Poor House Farm Park

The Park property is longer than it is wide. The loop starts right at the first tee box for the Frisbee golf course. Start by parking in the lot near the barn and hike down to a wooden bridge crossing a stream. Once over the stream, go to the left. At the picnic table, you'll see a blue arrow in a tree. This is the start of the singletrack. The trail runs back and forth up the grade of the hill. At the top, you'll find another picnic table. This is a good spot to regroup and catch a breather. The climb needs a little more work, its not easy in some spots. From the picnic table, go about 15 yards straight then look for the trail to your right. More signs are coming in the future. Follow the blue marks through to the next clearing. Here, you'll hike straight out and be looking to your left for re-entry to the woods. The trail and transitions from here are pretty easy to follow. We have some really fun sections with more trail to come. For now, once you reach the end of the completed trail, take the perimeter fire road up the hill to your right and there are multiple routes to get back down to the bottom.
