Description
This trail starts from the same parking lot as the Kiwanis Park in Pleasant Grove, and starts out on a wide, smooth gravel trail as it starts up the canyon. It passes by a few small water retention structures and then, within a half mile, starts to get steeper, and pretty soon there is a little spur trail to and a view of Battle Creek Falls, which is a pretty good sized waterfall. From this point, the trail gets really interesting as it starts to follow the creek through a steep-walled and rocky section of the canyon for about 0.75 miles. The trail then starts up a steep, loose, and rocky section of the trail for about 0.5 miles, and then emerges into a meadow area, where the trail starts to become less steep, and you start to get some views of Mount Timpanogos. The trail then connects with the GWT: Dry Canyon Trail and ends there.
