Guilford College Main Loop

Starting on the back end of the Guilford College campus by a beautiful pond that partially feeds the creek, you'll soon be following the trail to find an old metal gate blocking a service road that drops to the left off the road at the edge of the lake. This road descends in a moderate way to an intersection that leads left or right along the creek. This length along the creek and the hill are the only gravel portions of the trail, but it makes up nearly half the trail. Taking a left, you follow the path for a while until you loop back to where you started.
