Goldenrod Trail

From Bass Cove Trail, the dirt doubletrack climbs up and through Eucalyptus groves and partially-exposed meadows to the golf course, where it eventually levels out and descends down to the Clyde Woolridge Staging Area at Skyline Blvd. From the Clyde Woolridge Staging Area, the trail continues it's rolling climb yo to the Chabot Equestrian Center where it intersects the Horseshoe Trail before continuing onto its end point at the City Stables. The trail itself is wide and spacious, even when there are many visitors in the park. While there are grades that will challenge you, the trail itself is easy to negotiate.
