Blauvelt Northern Loop

This is the southern part of possible larger loop along Long Path Trail. From parking lot to junction with White Trail mostly either flat or slightly elevated. There are lots of roots and muddy wet areas. Then it continues steadily uphill along White and then Red Trail. Short section is more steep than the rest. The Red Trail ends at the junction with Long Path Trail. From that point there is one short steep and rocky part that leads to the highest point of whole route. There is a nice view from the top. From that point trail continues down to junction with white trail and then goes back to the parking lot.
