This is a relatively easy trail with a few steeper portions. The hike is essentially full sun with engineered features to assist with erosion and traversing the steeper sections. The trail ends at the peak where there is a cow on a telephone pole looking out into the distance with binoculars.
All Clear
Always very quiet in the evenings, never seen rattlesnakes but it is definitely ideal habitat for them and it is active season so be alert. Dry grass on hard trail surface can be quite slick.
