The trail begins near the Blacksburg Library, travels around the Virginia Tech campus, and runs all the way to Christiansburg. There is a combination of hills and flat sections. The tree canopy provides shade and peaceful scenery. On your way to Christiansburg you'll pass the Coal Mining Heritage Loop Trail.
