There and Back
As you work your way around this 3 mile trail you'll gradually gain elevation by hiking up rocky slopes. A few slopes are steep, but with good foot positioning you'll be able to reach the top of the mesa somewhat easily. At the top, you'll be greeted by spectacular scenic views and rock faces. Getting to the top of the trail will allow you to look out at all of the beautiful hill country Texas has to offer. Trail signs posted along the way will help you find your way if you need some help.
This trail/area is known for its beautiful coloring of Maple trees during the fall. Hike this trail during the fall season and you'll be greeted with an array of outstanding colors.
