Description
Trail starts at trailhead with 4-5 parking spots along County Road 112. The trail is relatively well shaded with evergreens and provides good views of the Platte River. It is great for families, our 5, 3, and 1 year old kids were able to handle it. There were numerous wildflowers and birds, and we were able to see one deer while hiking. The trail does not perfectly correlate to the map on the hiking project app, but it is well marked with blue diamonds on trees, and the singletrack is easy to follow.
