Hooker Falls Trail

The Hooker Falls area is now accessed via a new trail starting from the parking lot. The old Hooker Falls Trail starting near Triple Falls Trail at Hooker Falls Road by the river is closed. The new trail curves around through the woods and down the hill to the river, possibly making the return trip more strenuous than that of the old trail along the river, but still very doable for most anyone who can hike a mile out and back. The area below Hooker Falls has been reconstructed to feature a large number of large flatter rocks, which make it possible for many to enjoy the Falls with their feet in the water.
