Description
The Gould Trail makes its way through La Canada, connecting the Hahamonga Watershed Park near JPL to the San Gabriels, including the Cross Town Trail and trails on Mt. Lukens. The trail is dirt and mostly winds behind houses and along water channels, with many street crossings, until it approaches the San Gabriels where it steepens and becomes more rugged. Near the north end of the trail, it cuts onto a driveway and then onto a road (Harter Lane), before meeting up with other trails. Although not the most scenic, it's a nice way to hit the dirt, and serves as a good connector.
