Description
The most direct access to the Berry Creek Trail is from the Horse Creek Trailhead. From there, the trail descends along a ridge and then down through several gentle switchbacks to a crossing of Berry Creek. This crossing is a rock-hop or big jump in all but the wettest weather. After the crossing, the trail climbs for a short distance to end at a junction with the Nelson Ridge Trail #1329 and the Wapiti Trail #1329.9. The Berry Creek Trail is typically followed as a loop around Cape Mountain starting from the Dry Lake Trailhead.
