Reservoir Loop

Follow the pink blazes for this trail.When connected with the Vista Loop (Yellow Blazes), this trail becomes a nice loop around MacMillan Reservoir. It connects with several other trails, to further explore the Ramapo Reservation area. Mostly flat, this trail typically follows near the shoreline of the reservoir. There are plenty of places to stop and take in the reservoir. Watch your footing as there are a lot of exposed rocks and roots that are easy to trip over. Trail may become muddy in longer periods of rain.
